Lucknow Development Authority to auction plots near the international stadium!

To increase its revenue, the Lucknow Development Authority will market plots on the 30 acres of property next to the International Stadium on Shaheed Path.

To increase its revenue, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will put up for public auction a number of its properties inside the Central Business District (CBD) located at Shaheed Path. These plots are meant to serve commercial objectives.

The Authority is distributing plots that range in size from 10,000 square meters to 27,000 square meters. The Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, the worldwide stadium, and the Plasia Mall on Shaheed Path are all within the 30 acres of property containing these properties. The LDA’s secretary, Pawan Kumar Gangwar, has been informed that 5 percent of the plot’s total worth may need to be paid by the qualified buyer before the auction. To distribute funds, the Development Authority will conduct a lottery.
