A Practical Guide to Changing Voter ID Address through NVSP Portal in 2023!
The National Voters Service Portal (NVSP) allows you to change your address on your Voter ID online in 2023. Here are the steps on how to do it:
- Go to the NVSP website: https://www.nvsp.in/
- Click on the “Change Address” tab.
- Enter your Voter ID number and password.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- You will be redirected to a new page where you will need to provide your old address and your new address.
- You will also need to upload a scanned copy of your Aadhaar card or any other government-issued ID card with your new address.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- Your application will be processed and you will receive an update on the status of your application via SMS or email.

The change of address form can also be submitted in person at any of the designated NVSP centers.
