NOIDA: The Greater Noida officials announced on Thursday that the 40 percent rent contract punishment refund time for customers who have yet to receive their housing properties and developed structures, both apartments and separate homes, from a 2010 project had been prolonged till November 15.
According to the officials, the deadline for this reimbursement on the punishment money for purchasers of the built-up project was previously this week (September 30).
There are around 3,300 property purchasers who have not yet enrolled for the Greater Noida Authority’s Built-up Housing Scheme (BHS) 05 to BHS-17 in 2010, as well as the Residential Plot Scheme (RPS) 01 and unsold property (LOP) schemes.
“Around 3,300 of the beneficiaries have yet to enroll their lands. The Greater Noida Authority has been burdened with more than 200 crores in premiums and rent fee as a result of this,” the authority stated in a statement.
Sector 3, Omicron II, Xu2, Xu3, MU2, Omicron One, Omicron One A, Eta II, and other areas have apartments and separate residences. The other properties are in Sector Alpha, Beta, Sector 3s cooperative society, Delta One, Eta, Omicron Three, Chi-Fi, and so on, according to the report.
According to the GNIDA (Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority), the state’s stamp department is also missing money as a result of the lack of registration.
