Locality Overview – Al Kifaf, UAE

The E11 Sheikh Zayed Road, the D88 Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, and the D75 Sheikh Rashid Road surrounded Al Kifaf, a tiny triangle-shaped neighborhood in Bur Dubai. Along the region is the Al Jafiliya Metro station.

Aside from the Dubai Frame, Zabeel Park, and Etisalat Tower, Al Kifaf is also home to the Al Kifaf Center, a large government services center, and the spanking new Wasl 1 complex. Wasl 1 became about half-done by the middle of 2021, the first four Park Gate Residences buildings have opened, and Al Kifaf may be finished after the remaining residences and their important park are built.

Apartments, podium townhouses, penthouses, workspaces, and stores are all available in Al Kifaf. Apartments within the network range from one to three bedrooms and are equipped with modern services and amenities. Every apartment may have a living room, a powder room, and a fully equipped kitchen, depending on the unit type. The majority of the bedrooms include a patio, as well as a linked toilet and integrated cloth cabinet.

Four and five-bedroom townhouses and penthouses are offered, with sizes ranging from 5,875 square feet to 10,904 square feet. These two-story dwellings have a large living space, an open kitchen, a laundry room, and a bathroom. The terraces in those devices offer stunning views of Zabeel Park. Workplaces and businesses for rent in Al Kifaf are among the other options.

Because the network includes a bus and metro station, traveling by public transportation in Al Kifaf Bur Dubai is straightforward. In a short drive, residents may catch the Dubai bus from Al Jafiliya bus station or the Department of Health bus station. Furthermore, the network connects Max Fashion Metro Station to the rest of the country (formerly called Al Jafiliya Metro Station). Those using personal transportation can also go on the city’s main routes. Sheikh Rashid Road is on the northern side, while Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street is on the western side and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) is on the Japanese side.
