All About Lodha Group

An international Indian real estate company called Lodha Group or Macrotech Developers, formerly known as Lodha Developers, was established in Mumbai. It was established in 1980 thanks to Mangal Prabhat Lodha. Residential and commercial buildings have developed in Mumbai, Thane, Hyderabad, Pune, and London. Lodha Altamount, The World Towers, Lodha Bellissimo, Trump Tower Mumbai, and Lodha Park are a few of its high-quality projects. The organization is also responsible for expanding Palava, a nearby advanced city. On April 19, 2021, the one was indexed as Macrotech Developers.

The Lodha Group was founded in 1980 by politician and businessman Mangal Lodha, who also holds the office of Legislative Assembly Member. By subscribing to the compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) of Lodha’s subsidiary, Cowtown Land Development Limited, the Deutsche Bank raised US$205 million in September 2007.

The agency won the right to purchase a 22.5-acre land in Wadala, Mumbai, from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority for 4,053 crores (US$508 million), in May 2010. (MMRDA).

Washington House, a residential building on Altamont Road that was held by the American Consulate, was purchased by Lodha Group in December 2012 for 341.80 crores (US$43 million). It paid DLF around 2,700 crores (US$338 million) for a 17-acre plot of land in Mumbai’s highlands, which is roughly four times more than what DLF had originally asked for the property in 2005.

Lodha Eternis in Mumbai’s Andheri (East) Residential development of Lodha Group is called AndheriDahisar. The project offers apartments with the ideal fusion of modern technology and architecture for cozy living.
