Approximately 40% of the sanctioned dwellings were completed below the PMAY-U standard.On the other hand, during the same period, a total of 1.38 crore homes were built under PMAY-G, with over 1.89 crore dwellings being sanctioned. By the end of 2020-21, more than 69 percent of the sanctioned dwellings had been completed under PMAY-G.
Under PMAY HFA urban, a collection of guidance files with current mission plans/unit plans may be advanced, which may be used by builders and may assist in fast-monitoring the approved method for projects, thereby saving effort, time, and money and avoiding implementation concerns.
