The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) pioneering urban development and aiming to create metropolis is all set to meet the challenges of accommodating population of 128 Lakhs by the end of this decade.

Delhi Development Authority has listed down the eligibility criteria for availing the scheme, which is as follows:
· The applicant should not own any house or plot in full or in part in New Delhi, Delhi or Delhi cantonment, on freehold/ leasehold basis. May it be in his/her own name or the name of his/her wife/husband/minor dependent children.
· The applicant should be a citizen of India and over 18 years of age.
· A person who has already been allotted a house/flat constructed by DDA cannot apply for a home under the scheme.
Looking at the trend from the previous scheme the last date for applying under the housing scheme would be around May-end 2020. The first draw of the DDA housing scheme 2020 is expected to be held in June/ July 2020.
