Godrej Properties adds a 50-acre residential development, in Manor, Palghar!
Godrej Properties Ltd. has announced that it has reached a deal to purchase a land lot outright in the rapidly expanding micro market of Manor, Palghar. The proposed assignment, which spans 50 acres, is expected to include 1.2 million rectangular feet of saleable space that are typically made up of residential plotted improvements.
Due to their popularity as well-known weekend destinations with historical and religious significance, Manor, Palghar, Boisar, and Wada have become well-known investment micro-markets. The Manor is a self-sufficient city with the necessary infrastructure, including several schools, universities, hospitals, and markets. The Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway, which connects major towns in Gujarat and Maharashtra, is close to the property parcel in question. Even the station for the projected Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train might be located close to Manor in Boisar.
