  • Copy of landlord’s passport (if you are an individual) 
  • A valid power of attorney (if a Power of Attorney has signed the contract) 
  • Power of attorney documents must be renewed annually to stay valid. 
  • Title deed (if the property is a rented property) 
  • 9-digit Dewa Premises Number (if Dewa bills/Green bills accepted) DEWA Bill and previous EJari (if you are renewing) 
  • Trade license (for commercial properties)
