In Gurgaon, residential communities are nearing completion in the years 2022-24

Gurgaon has a commercial and structural advantage over neighbouring cities in the National Capital Region (NCR), and several housing developments are approaching completion.

Reports have identified five such projects that are expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024.

Gurgaon is popular among real estate investors because of its closeness to business centres, excellent metro access to Delhi, and well-developed recreational and retail facilities. It’s little wonder that seasoned real estate figures have frequently selected the city for their ambitious ideas, and investors and purchasers both have shared their enthusiasm. Following COVID-19, meanwhile, homebuyers’ attention has shifted to properties that are ready to move into or are nearing the end. Emaar Palm Heights- Sector 77

Emaar Palm Heights is a high-end development that will be ready to move into in August 2022. This is a low-density project with just 3 BHK flats spread over three towers of 24 stories each, with great access through National Highway (NH) 48 and Dwarka Expressway. A residential apartment at Emaar Palm Heights is available for Rs 1.3 crore (exclusive of government charges). There are around 40 facilities inside the property, along with a preschool, crèche and childcare facilities, a conference lounge, and an auditorium, to name a few. It takes around 15-20 minutes to go to DLF Cyber City, MG Road, and IMT Manesar.

Ambience Creacions- Sector 22

Ambience Creacions, which is set to open in March 2022, will feature 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom apartments. A state-of-the-art wastewater recycling facility and a hydraulically high-pressure water framework are part of the project. Ambience Creacions has 880 units spread across 20 towers, with over 60% open space. The base price of a unit, exclusive of government taxes, is Rs 1.75 crore. A doctor on call, health centre, food court, business lounge, meeting room, and cafe are just a several of the 77 facilities included in the venture in terms of convenience.

Smart World Orchard’s prices range from Rs 1.46 crore to Rs 1.85 crore.

ATS Marigold- Sector 89A

Starting August 2023, occupancy in ATS Marigold is planned to commence. The site’s major amenities feature 100 percent backup power, an acupressure park, and a shopping complex, among many others, all designed in accordance with Spanish design. The residential complex is located along the Dwarka Expressway, allowing for simple and smooth communication with the National Capital Region. The property provides 428 three-bedroom homes, each priced at Rs 1.13 crore. From January 2021, property prices in ATS Marigold have increased by more than 6% YoY. Its closeness of IMT Manesar and the anticipated Yellow Line metro expansion to Manesar are two major demand drivers in this region.

Godrej Nature Plus- Sohna Road

Godrej Nature Plus has 1,200 housing properties scattered across 13 22-story buildings, featuring 70 percent open area. Each of the flats in this building are corner apartments with unobstructed windows of the metropolis. The complex, which is expected to be completed in June 2024, offers 2- and 3-bedroom units priced between Rs 1.02-1.19 crore.
