According to Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of CIDCO, 5,730 affordable dwellings are offered in the Taloja node for low-income individuals. The online reservation period will run from January 27, 2022, to February 25, 2022. Eknath Shinde, Maharashtra’s Urban Development Minister, offered details mostly on housing program in a video statement, saying that the CIDCO mass housing scheme is renowned because of its high-quality structure, low costs, and simple online application approach.
CIDCO is providing a total of 5,730 dwellings, with 1,524 accessible under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) for EWS candidates. They will be qualified for a subsidy of Rs 2.5 lakh under PMAY, the government’s plan to provide “housing for all” by 2022. The other 4,206 houses are accessible to general public.
