Konkan Board Lottery 2021: MHADA offering 8984 houses in Navi Mumbai

The residences are spread throughout the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Navi Mumbai, and Sindhudurg districts. The names of the purchasers who will be chosen will be determined by a lottery draw. The registration window will open at 12 PM; on 24th August 2021, and the online application will be available from 3 PM.
The Konkan Board of the Maharashtra Housing and Development Authority (MHADA) is providing 8,984 homes via an online lottery in the districts of Kalyan, Mira Road, Virar, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Sindhudurg. The deadline to register for the lottery over the internet is September 22. The deadline to submit an application is September 23. The deadline for making the required minimum deposit is September 24. It is expected that the results of the lottery draw will be announced on October 10 at 10:00 a.m.
How to register and apply for the MHADA Lottery 2021 Konkan Board
- To participate in the online lottery, go to the MHADA’s official website, lottery.mhada.gov.in.
- In the drop-down menu, choose “Konkan Board Lottery 2021.”
- To register, click on the “Register” button.
- To complete the registration process, you must add your basic info, such as your name and date of birth.
- After the registration process, click on “Lottery Application.”
- Fill out the necessary information and choose the home you wish to purchase.
- After completing the application, click on the “Payment” button to make the required minimum deposit payment.
The draught list of applications that have been accepted will be released on October 1 at 6 p.m. The final list of applications that have been accepted will be released on October 5 at 6 p.m. Approximately 6,170 of the total number of homes to be inhabited have been constructed under the Prime Minister’s Housing Plan.
There are 624 homes in Shirodhan, 586 in Khoni, 162 in Khoni’s Survey No. 162, 1,769 in Bhandarli’s Survey No. 13, and 1,185 in Gotheghar, with 624 homes in Shirodhan and 586 in Khoni. These residences are designated for those who are less fortunate economically.
