Locality Overview: Sus, Pune

Sus is a developing neighborhood on Pune‘s northwestern outskirts, close to the Mumbai Highway (NH-48). The neighborhood has seen consistent residential development in recent years, mostly in the form of multi-story rental buildings. Sound connectivity and closeness to the Hinjewadi employment zone are two significant factors driving real estate growth in the area. Mahalunge, Baner, Pashan, and Balewadi are some of the other places that might be close to Sus.
