Locality Overview: Sus, Pune
Sus is a developing neighborhood on Pune‘s northwestern outskirts, close to the Mumbai Highway (NH-48). The neighborhood has seen consistent residential development in recent years, mostly in the form of multi-story rental buildings. Sound connectivity and closeness to the Hinjewadi employment zone are two significant factors driving real estate growth in the area.
