Many as 400 home developments in Navi Mumbai are gaining momentum.
Upwards of 400 impacted housing developments in Navi Mumbai are possible to benefit from traction after Maharashtra’s Ministry of Urban Development approved Housing Revival Programme initiatives.
Maharashtra declared that qualified projects in Navi Mumbai will obtain Occupancy Certificates (OC) within a month after gaining permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA).
Furthermore, by assembling a committee of ministers, the State government would make concerted efforts to clarify the Coastal Zone Management Strategy. Furthermore, under the Unified Development Control Promotion Regulatory requirements, the building term for new regions has been prolonged to up to four years (UDCPR).
Shinde goes on to say that the Maharashtra administration is committed to serving the people. As a result, it has been agreed that the improvement costs in the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA) will be collected from end-users rather than farmers. To prevent unlawful development, instructions have been given to the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) to incorporate the NAINA plan only after clearance from the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO).
The developer community has praised the State government’s actions, believing that they will aid in the smooth execution of housing projects and accelerate growth in Navi Mumbai.
