Navi Mumbai: CIDCO invites applications for the latest housing scheme
NAVI MUMBAI: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has appealed to people not to believe reports published in some sections of the media houses stating that the city planner will launch a new housing scheme on the occasion of Gudi Padwa, said an official press release.
Instead, it has appealed to citizens to participate in its recently launched housing scheme. It has made available 5,730 tenements in Taloja node that has better connectivity via Mumbai-Pune Expressway, railways, and Navi Mumbai Metro.
Of 5,730 flats released under the scheme, 1,524 are available under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for economically weaker sections (EWS). The rest, 4,206, are for the general category. Online applications will be accepted till February 24, 2022.
Further, CIDCO has urged people to rely only on information provided by its official website, Facebook page, YouTube channel, and Twitter handle regarding housing schemes and draws.
