Nine portions of Delhi’s streets will be rebuilt soon!
After the building restriction is removed, Delhi will begin rehabilitation on nine sample areas around the city that are infamous for traffic jams and accidents.
The reconstruction is part of Arvind Kejriwal’s ambitious initiative to improve Delhi’s roadways to European standards. The estimate has already been sent to the Public Works Department for sanction and approval.
According to an official, the project’s final estimation and design are complete and have been sent for approval and authorization. In Delhi, we intend to reconstruct and decongest 540 kilometers of highways. For this, we shall create separate lanes on the roadways for buses and freight transit. Mr. Jain claimed that special lighting systems would be created with the help of lighting specialists and put on roadways to ensure that the aesthetics of the roads are seen at night and that black patches are avoided.
