A number of the biggest business organizations, including the Central Bank of India, Air India, State Bank of India, Indian Express, and Oberoi Hotel, are located in Nariman Point, which is regarded as the fourth most expensive working location in the world. Nariman Point was formerly a part of the Arabian Sea, and Khursheed Framji Narima, a congressman and municipal corporator, first recommended that this land be reclaimed in the year 1940.
