Top Areas to Buy a Home in Bangalore!

Electronic City

More than 200 IT/ITeS firms, including Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS, and Inter Infosys, are based in Electronic City. Approximately 60% of the housing stock in this area is made up of residential development, with more than half of that stock being 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. The region is quite livable due to the closeness to IT parks paired with strong public transportation and easy access to taxis. However, because of the proximity to offices, the neighborhood is also “busy,” which causes “truck congestion.”

Hebbal

Hebbal, one of the best and most developed areas of North Bangalore, has increased demand for lodging due to its proximity to the Kempegowda Airport and IT parks along the ORR. There is a maximum supply of 3 and 4-bedroom homes available here for average prices. As the favored location to rent a home among the personnel of Manyata Tech Park, this property market is popular among investors in addition to end users.

Whitefield

One of East Bangalore’s hippest villages, Whitefield, has a large number of flats that are available to move into. While there are several 2 and 3-bedroom options, the need for accommodation is influenced by sizable IT parks including International TechPark, Brigade Tech Park, and Mind Camp Tech Park. State Highway 35, Whitefield Station and National Highway 648 are all close by, making the region also easily reachable. People who live in Whitefield choose to rent flats over others who live near various business parks.

Sarjapur

Sarjapur Road is a posh residential neighborhood featuring primarily three-bedroom apartments from major builders like Godrej Properties, Prestige Group, and Salarpuria Properties. The distance between the route and Whitefield, Electronic City, and Marathahalli, three of the largest computer hubs, is around 15 kilometers. Additionally, it has excellent connections to the commercial centers of Sarjapur and Bommasandra, which adds to its appeal as a residential hub. It is anticipated that the planned infrastructure developments, Namma Metro Line 2 and Line 5, would increase its appeal and enhance connection with neighboring areas. Ramya K, a local, claims that Sarjapur Road provides excellent transit options and that adjacent stores and educational institutions are also available.

Kanakapura

Although property prices on Kanakpura Road are slightly higher, it is still a popular residential hub due to its optimal connection to other parts of Bangalore via NICE Road and the Outer Ring Road. Kengeristation serves the area on one side and Bangalore station on the other. In addition, the seamless connectivity to popular data centers such as Electronic City has also generated strong demand from the tenant community.
