Types of properties you can buy under 1 crore in Mumbai

The suburbs are your best bet if you’re looking for a 1 BHK apartment in Mumbai that fits your budget. They come in one and two BHK designs and range in length from four hundred to seven hundred rectangular feet. Within the boundaries of Mumbai, the constant-rectangular foot cost ranges from less than Rs 15,000 to more than Rs 1 lakh.

A customer may easily find residential property for between Rs 5,000 and Rs 15,000 per rectangular foot in satellite television areas like Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and Dombivali. “These homes are located in Thane, Kandivali East, and Malad. In the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation (KDMC), one may find a luxurious three-bedroom duplex, a modern studio in Juhu, or Khar, a basic one-bedroom apartment in suburban Mumbai, or a large two- or three-bedroom condominium in MMR. The further north we travel, the more inexpensive it becomes as we get farther away from the high town area and the neighboring railroad stations.

Although one may get a home under $1 crore in Thane and Navi Mumbai, the size could be lesser starting at 350 to 400 square feet of carpet area, he noted. Thane and Navi Mumbai are higher up than other peripheral locations.

Some of the locations that provide homes under $1 crore include Ulhasnagar, Bhiwandi, Ambernath, Navi Mumbai, Sanpada, and Nerul, which one may look at in more detail. A 1 BHK length in such micro-markets may be in the range of 350 to 500 square feet carpet area, while a 2 bedroom could range from 650 to 800 square feet carpet area.
