WiseX & Integrow Asset Management Launch India’s 1st Real Estate PMS!
India’s premier Neo-Realty investment platform, WiseX, in partnership with Integrow Asset Management, has launched India’s first sector-specific Real Estate portfolio management service (PMS). Integrow Asset Management will manage the portfolio powered by WiseX’s proprietary technology. WiseX’s CREAM fund aims to provide investors with alpha and risk-adjusted returns by investing in real estate in a Multi-cap portfolio focused on the real estate sector.
The Real Estate sector is expected to experience rapid growth and provide attractive investment opportunities. This is accomplished by diversifying across multiple assets, including listed stocks, listed debt, and listed real estate investment trusts (REITs). The portfolio selected will span the full real estate ecosystem, including construction materials, real estate developers, real estate investment trusts, housing finance, and engineering. To further improve asset valuation, WiseX’s proprietary technology will track and analyze over 3,500 securities, the top 30 of which will be shortlisted and included in the portfolio.
This curation process includes real-time evaluation across 100 data points and strict selection criteria. WiseX has the expertise to: analyze historical stock performance, market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and real-time big-data analytics.
