Objective of the role:
• Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing sales strategy
• Responsible for the revenue target for the region/project
• Create a high performing team
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Training and coaching of the new team members
• Coaching and developing existing team members
• Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
• Conducting timely performance evaluations
• Dealing with performance problems and terminations
Duties/Responsibilities:
• On boarding new Developers and maintaining relationship with the existing
Developers with the company
• Accountable for Business Plans & Sales and report to Sales Head
• Provide market intelligence updates to the management
• Accountable for productivity and overall ROI of the team
• Responsible to adhere to the Sales process SOP’s
• Achieve individual and team targets simultaneously
