'Kundan', the name initially was given by Late Shri Kundanmal G. Jain in 1959 to his Jewellery business. As the business progressed and started to build a strong grip in the jewellery industry, later in 1964 Mr. B.K. Jain joined as a helping hand to support his father! With the quest of constantly taking things to the higher levels; one notable day in 1980 Mr. B.K. Jain decided to forge into the Business of Real Estate under the name of Kundan Builders. During his journey, he developed various residential & commercial projects. To name a few are Neeta Apartments, Neeta Corner, Kundan Guru Rachana, and so on. In the year 2001 with a vision to splurge the business multifold with modern techniques; the business identity was revamped with a new logo and name “Kundan Spaces”. The Founder- Mr. Ashish Jain with his innovative ideas and contemporary aptitude took the business to new heights along with incredible support from Mr. Dhanesh Mehta and Mr. Rakshit Oswal.
