In 1989, Indian finance market was not regulated by any government agency. It was gripped by chaos and economic instability in the hands of market manipulators. Despite the adversities stepped into the market as ‘Seeta Group of Companies’ later known as ‘Seeta Portfolio Management Limited’, with an aim to provide trading platform and portfolio management services to interested clients. We forged ahead on troubled ground, testing the waters in finance vertical, with dedication, discipline and firm commitment for dealing with clients. The organization was a fruit of efforts of two enthralled souls current Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal and his brother Late Mr. Rajeev Agarwal. The duo dreamed to provide safe and beneficial financial solutions as well as enduring housing panacea in India.
